What are You Making ?
A Drawing that captures moments of crafting, drawing, dinning, camping, talking, playing and sharing in Grymsdyke Farm.
We first came to Grymsdyke Farm to shoot a seven-metre mural we had created. It is a land of vastness, where installations appear less placed than organically emerged from the earth itself. Each return since has the quality of a translocation—into a world of crafted invention, held in the green breath of the Chiltern Hills. This drawing is a resonant field of the place's conversations and memories, both witnessed and inherited. And here, people greet one another not with a salutation, but with a question: "What are you making?"—a phrase that precisely tells the spirit of the farm.
